In 2005, Linda, founded Cole Harder. With more than 20 years of consultative sales and management experience in the search industry and 5 years experience in outsourcing solutions, Linda believes that there is a better way to help organizations gain access to candidates that are a fit both technically and culturally. Linda's expertise lies in her ability to partner with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their organization and in turn create customized solutions that deliver results.

Anne joined Cole Harder in November 2013 after spending several years working for two of the Big Four public accounting firms. Her experience as a tax professional at PwC as well as a corporate recruiter at KPMG enables Anne to understand the needs of our clients and the impact top talent can have on the bottom line. This understanding has gained her the respect of her peers, clients and candidates. As Cole Harder's Relationship Manager, Anne is committed to assisting companies gain access to game changing talent.

Kristen Ell, PHR
Kristen has over 15 years’ experience helping organizations assess talent to align their people and business strategy. As an experienced HR Leader and Certified Executive Coach, Kristen combines her deep understanding of behavioral assessment tools with the real world understanding of how to successfully integrate within the workplace. Kristen is certified as an Executive Coach through the University of St. Thomas and is PHR certified through HRCI. In her tenure she has developed and performed customized team and leadership development programs in the US and abroad.
